Reporting a problem

To help us fix it quickly, please include:

  • the page you were on, for example the cover calculator;
  • your book size, page count and paper type;
  • what you expected to see and what you saw instead;
  • if KDP rejected a file, the exact message KDP gave you;
  • your browser and device, for example Safari on iPhone.

Please don’t send your book files unless we ask for them. The tools never need them.

Tell us what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. Many of our tools started as a question from a self-publisher.

Questions about KDP itself

We’re not part of Amazon, so we can’t see your KDP account or change a review decision. For questions about your account, royalties or a specific rejection, contact KDP support from your KDP Bookshelf.
